Fundio

Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 August 2026. Fundio is operated by Wealth & Waste Management LLC ("Fundio", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, who we share it with, and how you can control it.

This policy covers two different groups of people, and the difference matters. Our customers are sales businesses who use Fundio to run their outreach. Consumers are the people our customers contact through Fundio, by text, email or phone.

If you received a message from a business using Fundio and want to stop hearing from them, reply STOP to that message. That works immediately and permanently for that business.

1. Information we handle

From our customers. Name, business name, work email, phone number, billing details, and the content of what they set up inside Fundio, including message templates and campaign settings.

About consumers. When a business uses Fundio to contact people, we process on that business's behalf: name, phone number, email address and postal address; information the business already held about them, such as loan type, current lender, or an interest rate they supplied; the content of text messages, emails and calls exchanged with that business; recordings and written transcripts of phone calls; delivery information from carriers, meaning whether a message arrived and error codes when it did not; and records of opt-out requests.

Automatically. IP address, browser type and pages visited when someone uses our web application. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run advertising trackers.

2. Where consumer information comes from

Businesses using Fundio supply their own contact lists. Those lists come from the business's own web forms and enquiries, or from third-party lead providers who represent that the consumer consented to be contacted.

Each business is responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people on its lists. Fundio provides the tools and the compliance controls; it does not verify consent on the customer's behalf.

3. Why we handle it

To deliver the messages, emails and calls our customers ask us to send. To let our customers see and reply to responses. To maintain suppression lists, so that a person who opts out is not contacted again. To generate call summaries, notes and reply drafts. To bill our customers and prevent abuse of the platform. To meet legal and carrier obligations.

4. Automated processing and AI

Fundio uses artificial intelligence to draft and send messages, to answer replies, to place and conduct some phone calls, and to summarise conversations. A consumer corresponding with a business through Fundio may be corresponding with an automated system rather than a person. On phone calls, the automated caller identifies itself as such.

No automated decision is made that has a legal or similarly significant effect on a consumer. Whether to offer any product, and on what terms, is always decided by the human business, not by Fundio.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We use the following service providers, who process information only to provide their service to us.

TwilioSending and receiving text messages and phone calls
ElevenLabsAutomated voice calling
AnthropicGenerating message and summary text
SupabaseDatabase hosting (United States)
CloudflareWeb application hosting and delivery
RailwayApplication hosting (United States)
Resend, SmartleadSending email

We also share information with the individual customer business whose leads they are, and with law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to.

6. Text messages specifically

Message frequency varies by business and by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. An opt-out is honoured for the business that sent the message. It is recorded permanently and cannot be reversed by that business.

7. Call recording

Calls placed or received through Fundio may be recorded and transcribed. Where recording requires consent, the business using Fundio is responsible for obtaining it, and our automated caller states that the call may be recorded.

8. How long we keep it

Message and call records are retained while the customer's account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.

Opt-out records are kept indefinitely. We cannot delete them, because deleting them would allow someone who asked not to be contacted to be contacted again. This is the one category of data we will refuse to erase, and it contains only the phone number or email address and the date.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Texas, Virginia and other states with privacy laws have these rights by statute.

To exercise them, email hello@fundio.io or write to us at the address below. We respond within 45 days. Where Fundio is processing information on behalf of a customer business, we will refer your request to that business and assist them in responding. You will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

10. Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to personnel who need it. Each customer's data is isolated so that one customer cannot read another's.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

11. Children

Fundio is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We will post any change here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be notified to customers by email.
